How long have you been in the trade show business?
Since 1985, we have been creating award-winning booth attractions at thousands of conventions.

What can Trade Show Laser do for me?
It will build attendee traffic for your trade show booth or special event. It's a simple-to-set up, space-efficient attraction that has proven to draw big crowds.

Quickly give me an example of what happens in the booth.
As attendees enter your booth, our friendly staff will scan or swipe their badges or business cards. Within moments, a personalized pen or other item you've selected is ready with the attendee's name laser-engraved onto the gift. All data collected from their badges or business cards are entered into a lead report that is ready for you at the completion of the show.

How successful has this been for other exhibitors?
Every one of our clients has booked it for repeat business. Over the past four years, our laser systems have been in over 300 convention booths all around world and have engraved over 500,000 items.

Can your system engrave more than one attendee item at a time?
Yes. For example, the Trade Show Laser system can engrave up to 20 pens at one time.

Can the reps get personalized items for their clients who could not attend?
Yes. It's a great tool for reps to show their appreciation to their clients by presenting them with a personalized item from the show.

Can a Trade Show Laser system engrave other items?
Yes. Some clients prefer us to change our items from show to show. The system can engrave metal pens, wood business card boxes and a host of other premiums.

Can I get a FREE sample?
Yes. We will engrave one of your company pens or we will provide you with one of our many samples.

How many pens will a Trade Show Laser system engrave an hour during a typical show?
Our systems are capable of engraving up to 150 pens an hour. With multiple laser machines and data entry kiosks, output can be increased substantially.

What is included when I book a Trade Show Laser system for my exhibit booth?
  • One CO2 laser machine
  • One PC with proprietary software for system control and data entry
  • Badge-scanning equipment for easy attendee data entry
  • One full-time Trade Show Laser technician
  • One post-show report, providing all names and data collected during the show
How do you charge for a Trade Show Laser system?
We charge one flat fee per system. We do not charge by the pen, or by quantities of engraved items. The fee covers a typical three-day show. We arrive one day in advance of the show-start to set up our system, and then arrive 1-2 hours before the exhibit hall opens each day. We remain in the booth each day until we have entered the entire attendee name list in the system. If your company is providing the premium/pen, you will ship them with your exhibitry to your booth. If you are getting your premium/pens from Trade Show Laser, we will ship them to your booth for you.

Is it possible to have more than one Trade Show Laser CO2 laser machine in our booth at the same time?
Yes. A Trade Show Laser system is adaptable to small or large booths. Some of our clients with large exhibit booths prefer to have more than one system.

What about collecting lead retrieval information on attendees who visit the Trade Show Laser system?
With the Trade Show Laser system, you will not only receive information on your booth traffic volume but you will get all the data on the attendees who received your pen or premium. After the close of the convention, we will email a comprehensive report to you. The concise, easy-to-read report will enable you to maximize your investment and optimize plans for future convention presentations.

What do I need to provide for the operation of the Trade Show Laser system in my booth?
Four simple requirements:
  • One 10 amp electrical outlet
  • 4' x 4' of booth space for the laser machine and its operator
  • Table or counter space to display the personalized items for attendee pick-up
  • One Exhibitor Badge at "Exhibitor Registration Pick-Up" for the on-site Trade Show Laser technician (name to be provided prior to show)
Can I book a Trade Show Laser system for events other than convention show exhibit booths?
Yes. The Trade Show Laser system has also proven to be a great draw at corporate training seminars, "lunch and learn" meetings, new product launches, special sales events and other large corporate gatherings.

Can you supply premiums?
Yes. Whether you prefer pens or other forms of premiums, we can offer a variety of Trade Show Laser choices.
