The core of the Trade Show Laser system is a small, state-of-the-art CO2 laser engraving machine. What makes it different from other laser systems is our own proprietary software that not only automates the personalization process, but also simultaneously gathers all of the name data of the attendees.

The entire Trade Show Laser system consists of:

• One CO2 laser machine
• One PC with proprietary software for system control and data entry
• Badge scanning equipment for easy attendee data entry
• One full-time Trade Show Laser technician
• One post-show report, providing all names and data collected during the show

Here's how the process works:

An attendee scans their show badge into the system. The information on the show badge, which can include name, address, state, zip code, phone number and email, is loaded into the system database.

At the same time, the attendee is given the opportunity to make adjustments to their name. Once they are satisfied with their name as they would like it on the give-away, they confirm.

The system automatically sends it to the engraving queue. The technician loads the laser with the premium to be engraved and proceeds with the laser process.

Post-convention, the data are processed into a report that is easily mined for important sales leads, and then emailed to the client. And, of course, this information can serve as a basis for further ROI analysis and as a predictor of activity for future shows.
